I finished my paid internship at The Hive last month. Yet since the completion of my internship, I have stopped by there again THREE TIMES! At each visit, I saw many familiar faces, including Miss Skaggs and the other members of the Lunch Quad, of which I myself was a member.
This is the perfect place to stop to get a quick bit to hosting a party.

I stopped by The Hive yesterday for a Coffee and Scone, all I can say is the Coffee was Hot and the Scone was delicious. I went back today and tried another Scone & Coffee and they were Amazing.

The owner always has a smile and warm welcome. There is a wide variety of drinks, food and desserts…many gluten free options too! Love the strawberry smoothie with spinach and just had some of the Nesbit butter chocolate ice cream yum!! On top of the great food, The Hive’s mission to train and employ people with differing abilities makes it unique and worthy business to support!
Our mission is to provide opportunities for job skills to persons with disabilities by learning all roles of working in a hospitality business along with improving relational skills to network within the community.
